A bit disappointing with sketchy reception hours!!! If you're arriving late or have early departures, the hassle could be a real annoyance!!! Room decor lacks character and could really use a facelift!!!

Well-equipped and practical rooms!

exceptionally comfortable bed, huge bathroom and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge in the room. favourable and absolutely perfect location, a few steps away from everywhere.

If we return to Pessac would love to come back here some time. The setting is incredible and particularly good, so close to nice restaurants and surrounding areas and taxi. Again, it's 2 miles from Quartiers Modernes Fruges...

Lovely stay in Bordeaux 🥖🇫🇷

Our room was surprisingly spacious, and the bed was super comfy, like a lekker cloud! Loved the total darkness from the electric blinds at night. The bathroom was nice, too, big shower after a long day of exploring. Plus, tram access to the city was sharp-sharp!

Just watch out for parking, it can get a bit tricky sometimes.

The rooms were large and practical and included a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a TV set etc. My wife truly enjoyed the bed, it was exceptionally comfortable and we slept like in a cloud.

The place is functional and clean, everything is really good, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The location is perfect and they have parking onsite. The sushi bar is a nice plus.

The superior apartment was impressively clean and well-equipped, making our family stay very comfortable.

We noticed that the location is somewhat industrial, which might be disappointing for tourists seeking a historic ambiance.
